ART FOR EMBLEMS

 Traditionally the emblem used for the lamps is a copy of the graduation pin design, but sometimes school emblems and logos are also used. You must send camera ready black and white or color art work at least 2" x 2" or larger via regular mail, or e-mail ready to print, .jpeg, .gif, or .pdf, art work to giftsofhealth@mail.com. We do not guarantee exact color matches. Faxes are not acceptable when sending artwork. Sketches will be upgraded to acceptable art by our artist for a one time charge of $20 per hour with a $20 minimum and a $50 maximum charge. The lamp emblem will be either in one color, or full color. All lamps in one order must include the same decorations, (i.e.1 color or full color emblem, or gold emblem). Our artist will create an emblem for your school, if none exists, with a $50. charge for 1 color emblem or $75. charge for multicolor emblems. (All components of our designs except for the school name will be remain the property of the artist.) We also offer STOCK EMBLEMS which we will be happy to email to you on request.

You MUST allow 10 weeks from "order received date, to ship date" and 5 working days for delivery after ship date, for Karat Gold custom emblem lamps. Allow 8 weeks for first time, custom color emblem lamps and 6 weeks for reorders.

PERSONALIZED LAMPS 

Personalized Lamps are available with the students' names and/or graduation year. Names should be limited to first name, middle initial, and last name, with a maximum of 21 letters and spaces. There is no setup charge for putting your personalization on the lamps. However, names and year must be emailed with correct spelling to giftsofhealth@mail.com with the order number(if the lamps were ordered online) and the name of the school, along with the shipping address, date required and contact information. We have several check points to avoid misspelled names, but if we do make a mistake, be sure to return the lamp for correction at no charge to you. Faxes or snail mail are also acceptable if, the name list is typed, in black(not in Bold,Please) in at least 12 point block letters. Hand written names will not be accepted. Names and dates are printed in black only. Allow up to 90 days for replacements for misspelled names.
